I’m Libby Guerin, a yoga teacher and wellness guide specialising in Traditional Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda. Through Golden Heart Yoga, I help people reconnect with their bodies, find balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being—both physically and energetically.
